Plan for Drought Management and Water Scarcity for the Central Bohemian Region

The initial, basic and operational part of the drought plan has been worked out. In the basic part, the analysis of supply to group water pipes and water systems was carried out. 21 group water pipelines and 2 water systems were analyzed. Functional interconnection of existing databases of property and operational records of water pipes and treatment plants, as well as data collected according to Decree 431/2001 Coll. And additional information from PRVK of the region. 23 regionally important water resources were identified and assessed for drought resistance, a balance of withdrawals and discharges was established, historical drought periods were assessed, and local standard limits were proposed.

Based on the data found in the basic part, measures for significant uses were proposed. The operative part has been worked out.
