The aim of the construction was to improve the flow rates on the ÚČOV and to reduce the inflow of pollution into the Vltava. Among other things, the two relief chambers on the E and F trunks were abolished and replaced by a new relief chamber with shield combs. The construction took place partly on the premises of the Prague Zoo, the operation of which had to be adapted to the work schedule and the implementation technology had to take into account the needs of the animals.

As part of the contract, technical supervision of the builder was ensured and coordination was carried out with the parallel construction of the PVS in Pod Havránkou street, which greatly influenced the flows of the affected trunk sewers. Part of the work was also ensuring the approval and processing of all the supporting documents for the transfer of the building to its administrator.
