Territorial landscape study for the administrative district of the municipality with extended competence Plzeň

The purpose was to develop a territorial landscape study for the administrative district of ORP Plzeň. The territorial study of the landscape was procured by the Town Planning Office for the entire administrative district of the municipality with extended competence. The ÚSK was developed as a territorial study within the meaning of Section 25 and Section 30 of the Building Act and after meeting the requirements of this Act, it became one of the basic bases for planning and decision-making activities, especially for urban planning authorities, nature conservation, building authorities and other institutions involved in landscape decision-making. The ÚSK was also used to supplement and refine the territorial analytical data of ORP. The territory of interest had an area of 261.5 km².
