Construction manager, technical supervisor of the builder, OHS coordinator

Our company has a number of experienced employees who provide construction management services in accordance with FIDIC requirements or as technical supervisors for investors. Their activities consist primarily of coordinating contractor work, price control, checking material, construction, and work tests, monitoring work progress according to the construction schedule, ensuring the acceptance procedure for the completed construction, participating in trial operation and its evaluation, and ensuring the final approval of the completed construction. At the same time, we also provide the functions of an OHS coordinator in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 309/2006 Coll.

What do we provide?

Before the start of construction:

Cooperation and collaboration with the project designer in the preparation of implementation documentation

During construction:

Handover of the construction site (workplace) to the contractor

Checking and accepting the work performed

Checking the accuracy of valuation documents

Checking compliance with building permit conditions

Checking changes to documentation

Cooperation with the designer's staff who perform author supervision, resolving defects in the documentation that arise during the construction process

Checking the proper maintenance of the construction and assembly log

Cooperation with contractors' staff in averting or limiting damage in the event of natural disasters threatening the construction

Preparing and compiling documents and submitting a proposal for a permit to put the work into operation

Representing the investor during the commissioning procedure
